PROJECT FUNDING
Project funding is not guaranteed under any circumstance or condition. All grant tiers showcased here on the HUMAN ANGEL SERVICES (HAS) website are to be considered conceptual in nature, and serve as potential segments for conceptual not guaranteed financial dealings; and not to be construed in any way as a "contract of performance" between member, subscriber, founder, cornerstone or any subscribers,.
PROJECT SELECTION
All final project selection decisions (and potential funding opportunities) rest exclusively with HUMAN ANGEL SERVICES (HAS) executive staff; including but not limited to project selection, total allocation of funds, tranche sizes, release timing, project location, operator merit, compliance approval, construction vetting, team execution competence and general greater good "do no harm" review.
TERMINATION & REFUND
You may terminate your HUMAN ANGEL SERVICES (HAS) gifted subscription account at any time by emailing: humanangelcanada@gmail.com. Upon termination, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail that the cancellation request was processed, and that future website access will be suspended indefinitely. Termination of any paid digital subscription product to HAS will not warrant a refund under any circumstances or conditions, only eliminate your account from future automated billing processing by HAS.
TRANSACTION
By a gifted subscription to HUMAN ANGEL SERVICES (HAS), you accept HAS as the absolute authority over all content, archives, database or project funding changes to protocol and compliance requirements without exception under the laws, regulations and jurisdiction of the Nation of Canada governing on-line, subscription based content websites as well as domestic and international project fundings services.
DENIAL OF SERVICE
HUMAN ANGEL SERVICES (HAS) reserves the right to deny service or terminate subscription benefits for any reason, circumstance or cause. Receipt of refunded subscription fees acknowledges your acceptance of this stated term as fair and final compensation; effectively ending the business relationship. HAS also reserves the right to deny any future subscriptions under a different or assumed identity propagated by said terminated subscriber for any reason without exception.
INFORMATION:
No personal information is distributed in anyway. At request all information is deleted from Human Angel Services.
